You are welcome to share and re-use your Santa Photos however you like. We will never show them to anyone but you without getting your permission.
Information that you submit to the auditions blog, surveys, contests, or Clixtr stream may be viewable by the public. Please do not submit any information you do not wish to have published. All submissions are reviewed by our volunteers and may be edited before inclusion.
Winterfest does not store any payment information beyond what is necessary to process your purchase. For payments through Google Checkout, we do not even see your payment information. Google Checkout is our recommended payment method for maximum security.
We use Google Analytics and Google Adwords Conversion Tracking to help us learn how to make our sites more useful and interesting. None of this data is used for any other purpose. If you have questions or concerns about our use of analytics technologies, please ask.
